We put Claude where mistakes are costly, so every workflow is designed with a check: humans approve what customers see, and numbers are only accepted when independent model reads agree.
Live = running in our own operations todayClaude drafts answers to marketplace customer inquiries from the product and order records. Drafts never send themselves — a person accepts or edits each one. Since September 2026 Claude has drafted 129 replies; 76 were used after review — 11 as written, 65 after edits.
When a size chart exists only as an image, Haiku picks the right image tiles and Haiku and Sonnet transcribe the table independently. Only an exact match is accepted; disagreements go to Opus or to a person.
A sudden drop in supplier cost can be a real sale or a parsing error that would list products at a loss. Code checks run first; Claude (Opus) then reviews the evidence and the decision is logged.
Claude maps size and color options between suppliers that write them differently, with a 0.9 confidence threshold below which a candidate is dropped.
Run these workflows on the Claude API with evaluation sets built from our own cases, measure accuracy and cost per task, and offer the proven workflows to other Korean marketplace sellers.
Orderspine's codebase (Python backend, TypeScript web app, Chrome extension and Windows workers) is developed with Claude Code: features, code review, incident analysis and fixes. Of 6,600+ commits since March 2026, about 78% carry a Claude co-author line — over 94% since August.
Onsave is a registered e-commerce business in South Korea, founded on September 1, 2025. Orderspine is Onsave's product brand: the operations system that runs Onsave's online selling. We operate it ourselves every day and improve it from what we see.
